WHEN SHOULD I BRING CHILDREN?
This is an adult event and we would not recommend bringing children, but they are your children, and you know what they can handle. Please remember that we do not do refunds for people who chicken out!
WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
You can purchase tickets on the night, but we would highly recommend you purchase online to avoid disappointment and possible no entry. You will be entered into a prize giveaway for the chance to win tickets and horror goodies!
CAN SOMEONE IN A WHEELCHAIR COME TO NIGHTMARE FACTORY EVENTS?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, tight spaces and uneven flooring, wheelchairs cannot access our haunts.
WILL THERE BE STROBE LIGHTS? WOULD EPILEPTICS OR PEOPLE WITH HEART CONDITIONS BE OK?
There are strobe lights in all three haunts, as well as fog from fog machines. We would advise you seek medical advice before coming to this kind of attraction.
IS IT OPEN WHEN IT RAINS?
It is which means that you may need to bring suitable clothing and walking shoes to avoid the rain as well as the infected!
IS THERE FOOD AND DRINK?
There will be food on site.
CAN I WEAR A COSTUME OR MASK TO NIGHTMARE FACTORY EVENTS?
No. Anyone wearing costume will be denied entry.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes there is a car park on the grounds. Drive into the site and it is straight in front of you. It will be signed.
IS ALCOHOL, CIGARETTES OR VAPES ALLOWED ON YOUR SITE?
NO! Anyone caught with alcohol, or anyone tries to enter the site who is under the influence of alcohol, will be escorted off the premises. The same applies with cigarettes or vapes. This will be without refund.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We suggest flat shoes or trainers. Warm sensible clothing would be advisable. High heels could result in injury.
DO YOU HAVE SECURITY?
Yes, we have a full security team on site.
WILL THE MONSTERS TOUCH ME?
No. The monsters might brush up against you, but you will not be manhandled.
